Built at the turn of the 20th century, this 2nd-floor walk-up apartment features a full renovation giving the space a NY loft feel with the brick representing the history of a time gone by. The apt. boasts 12' walls and 7.5' windows. You'll have a great view of the downtown center of Millersburg. Additionally, you’ll find upward of 50 modern amenities, including a full kitchen, large shower, soaking tub, 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, and a large living space that includes a 65” television, electric fireplace, comfortable seating for lounging and a FREE parking spot for 1 car and a covered deck to relax when weather permits.

We’re delighted to share that a second boutique location is coming to Millersburg, Ohio, nestled in the heart of Ohio’s Amish Country.

This intimate home will sit on our personal property. Designed as a true country stay, it offers the charm of rural living while remaining just 1.5 miles from Millersburg’s historic downtown.

 Construction is planned to begin in June 2026.
