Experience a favorite fall tradition at Yoder’s Amish Home with their Old-Fashioned Apple Butter Stirring! Uncle Andy and Aunt Mattie, with help from their boys, fire up a 30-gallon copper kettle first thing in the morning and spend the day slowly stirring up a delicious batch of homemade apple butter. Stop by to see the process, take your turn stirring, and even sample the finished treat! The apple butter is made throughout the day and packaged into half-pint jars available for purchase. Join us for this special fall tradition on October 10th, 17th, and 24th, and see if you can guess just how many apples go into a 30-gallon batch!
