Fruits: Strawberries.

Vegetables: Asparagus, cabbage, collards, kale, mustard greens, radishes, rhubarb, spinach, turnip greens.

Produce Tip: Always look for locally grown strawberries, which are sweeter and juicier than those bred for shipment. The season is short but worth it! Select the plumpest, most fragrant berries: firm, bright, dry and clean, with no mold or bruises. Caps (stems) should be bright green, fresh looking, fully attached. Usually medium to small berries have better eating quality than large ones.
