Be sure to make plans to attend the Doughty Valley Steam Days annual antique farm machinery show, located on State Route 557, 2 miles north of Charm, near Guggisburg Cheese. See in action all day long: steam tractors, prairie tractors and antique gas engines. Feature demonstrations include steam plowing, steam powered sawmills, steam powered shingle mill, and steam threshing. Evening events planned are steam tractor games, tug-of-war, draft horse pulling and spark shows. Bluegrass music Thursday & Friday at 7:00pm; bring lawn chairs.
